Shipping costs by destination:

The shipping costs within Germany are 5€. Your order usually gets delivered within 3-4 business days.
Outside of Germany but within the EU the shipping costs are 6€. Your order usually gets delivered within 5-7 business days.
Outside of Germany and the EU the shipping costs are 6€. Delivery can take up to 30 days.

A free of charge return is not possible at the moment. You have to pay for shipping by yourself. However, if you choose to exchange your product instead of returning it, we will send the new product out for free! In any case, please add an informal but clear statement about what we should do with your returned product.
